Self-Service Kiosk
Allow guests to purchase their own tickets at a self-service Square Kiosk.
Setting up a Square Kiosk is a great way to allow guests to purchase their own tickets without an employee present.
Required Hardware

A compatible stand for your Kiosk
You can use any stand that supports VESA 100x100 mounting
Square's recommended stand is the Bosstab VESA Evo Floor Stand ($255). If you want a Receipt Printer, this stand DOES NOT support the printers ScaryGood Box Office uses.

Setting up your Kiosk
To complete set up, you'll need to have already connected your Square merchant account in the ScaryGood Dashboard.
The first step is installing the ScaryGood Box Office app from the iOS App Store. After you install it, you'll need to log in with the same email and password that you use for the Dashboard.
Download the iOS AppAfter installing, you'll be guided through the initial setup right in the app.
Your Square Kiosk should work automatically, but you may need to remove your iPad from the Square Kiosk and put it back in. If you ever encounter an issue with the Square Kiosk not being found, you should try this.
After installing the app and performing initial setup, do the following:
Go to the Settings page of the Box Office app.
Optionally set up a Receipt Printer.
Under Preferences click "Enter Kiosk Mode."
Set a 4-digit pin that will be used to exit Kiosk mode in the application.
Open your devices Settings app.
Navigate to Accessibility and then Guided Access. Turn it on and set a passcode.
Open the ScaryGood Box Office app again in Kiosk mode.
Triple click the side/top power button of your iPad in order to lock the device to only the ScaryGood Box Office application.
Exiting Kiosk mode:
Triple click the side/top power button of your iPad again in order to exit Guided Access mode.
Click "Exit" in the top left of the "Buy Tickets" screen of Kiosk mode to enter your 4-digit pin and exit Kiosk mode.
Buying Tickets at the Kiosk
Guests can buy tickets, add add-ons, and sign waivers all directly from the Kiosk.
The Kiosk presents a QR code for their order at the end, as well as emails and texts their tickets to them. If you have a printer connected, it will automatically print their receipt with QR code as well. That's 4 different ways to get your guests their tickets so you can be sure they have them!
If a guest can't find their tickets or lose them, an employee can use the Order Lookup functionality in the Box Office app to find their order by email or phone.
